With a wide open border during wartime, could this be the result of sabotage by Russian agent saboteurs?  Recently their was a similar explosion and fire at a LNG exporting facility on the Gulf Coast.  Coincidence?  Shouldn’t border security be tightened while NATO wages a proxy war against Russians in Ukraine?
