Freedom of the press is guaranteed only to those who own one.
Thanks to Cancel Culture and leftist Democrat lawfare, that statement is only an historical anachronism.
Take, for example, VDare – the organization and website named after Virginla Dare, the first child born to American colonists. During its 25 year existence, VDare posted articles on immigration sanity, demographics, and occasionally on human biodiversity and race realism. VDare gained significant brand recognition and served as a resource for those who wished to preserve our American Republic.
Thus, it had to be canceled.
It has been murdered by New York State Attorney General Letitia James – even though VDare has not been charged with a crime of any sort. VDare has spent a million dollars on legal compliance.
It gets worse. VDare has been the target of coordinated deplatforming, de-banking, communications blacklisting, and denial of service (DOS) attacks. Public VDare conferences were routinely canceled.
The consequences of cancel culture are catastrophic. VDare has been forced to close their doors.
