‘Collective punishment’
Speaking of the Israeli actions, Khan said in a statement that “the effects of the use of starvation as a method of warfare, together with other attacks and collective punishment against the civilian population of Gaza are acute, visible and widely known. They include malnutrition, dehydration, profound suffering and an increasing number of deaths among the Palestinian population, including babies, other children, and women.”
The United Nations and other aid agencies have repeatedly accused Israel of hindering aid deliveries throughout the war. Israel denies this, saying there are no restrictions on aid entering Gaza and accusing the United Nations of failing to distribute aid. The UN says aid workers have repeatedly come under Israeli fire, and also says ongoing fighting and a security vacuum have impeded deliveries.
The prosecutor also said that they have applied for arrest warrants for three Hamas leaders.
After a brief period of international support for its war, Israel has faced increasing criticism as the war has dragged on and the death toll has climbed.

Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) has also urged the US to suspend all arms transfers to Israel, “given the ICC’s conclusion that Israeli officials at the highest levels are engaging in war crimes for which the court is seeking their arrest”.
“US officials involved in approving and sending additional weapons to Israel may find themselves next in line facing ICC arrest warrants,” said Raed Jarrar, Dawn’s advocacy director.
Following Khan’s application for arrest warrants, a panel of pre-trial judges will determine whether the evidence supports their issuing.

They have admitted killing aid workers, and food aid volunteers.
They have admitted targeting hospitals and killing doctors, nurses, patients, and staff, and sheltering war refugees and then bulldozing their bodies.
They have admitted targeting Catholic and Orthodox churches, schools and meeting halls and all Islamic Mosques in the Gaza and the West Bank
They have murdered over 45,000 civilians in Gaza and the West Bank, often seizing their farmlands, orchards, vineyards and pastures, and destroying their crops.
They have maimed over 100,000 civilians and refused to provide any medical care what so ever.
They have summarily executed Prisoners of War, tortured same, and mutilated their bodies……
They have executed hostages as they surrendered…….
