President Trump last month froze US foreign aid for 90 days.

No. The Supreme Court needs to rule on whether the President is the President or a judge, or any random judge is the President. If the President has no executive power we are far, far from the constitution.

Well, Clearly there is a judicial insurrection of the democrat judges, in concert with each other, allegedly and admittedly directed by Norm Eisen it is in fact, a coup, by judicial insurrection with 14 State AG attempting to overthrow the republican form of government and Article 2 of the constitution and replace it with a judicial fiefdom of district magistrates. Insurrection is required to be quelled.
